Almost everyone you ask will tell you that they have a good luck saying, a good luck superstition, or both. As with anything pertaining to good luck, not everyone will agree if these sayings or superstitions will really bring you good luck.

If you believe any of these sayings or superstitions bring good luck to you that is all right. There are too many good luck sayings and superstitions to list them all but in this short article, we will share with you several of them.

Good luck superstitions

§ Fingers crossed — By making the sign of the Christian faith with our fingers, evil spirits would be prevented from destroying our chances of good fortune.

§ See a penny, pick it up; all day long, you will have good luck. or
§ Picking up a penny lying on the ground if it is laying heads up, because it is considered good luck. Some people even keep the penny for good fortune.

§ A frog brings good luck to the house it enters.

§ A bird flying into the house means good luck.

§ Looking at the moon over your right shoulder

§ A ladybug landing on you

§ Putting a dress on inside out

Is there a Good Luck Superstition You Follow?

Chances are good that one or more of these good luck superstitions or good luck sayings you have heard of, believe in, or think may have some merit. If not you, then almost surely someone you know. You may have even bought a “good luck” gift for yourself or someone you know.

There are hundreds of superstitions and sayings I could list, but whether you believe in any of them is not for me to say. Unless you are different from everyone else, however, there is surely some good luck superstition you instinctively follow.
